Every Parameter, Exactly Where You Want It
MODE
4-Mode Cycling
Short press to cycle through Weld / Cut / Grind / Black Glass (locked). Switch processes without removing the helmet or interrupting your workflow.
SHADE
Shade 4–8 / 9–15
Navigate with left/right keys. Press AUTO to enter automatic shade mode — the helmet selects the shade, and you can fine-tune with ±offset compensation on top of the auto value.
SENSI
Sensitivity 0–9
Short press to enter, use up/down to adjust across 10 sensitivity steps. Press AUTO for automatic sensitivity detection. Critical for low-amp TIG work where the arc is subtle.
DELAY
Delay 1–9 + Auto
Short press to adjust how long the lens stays dark after the arc stops. Press AUTO for auto-delay mode with manual offset compensation — tuned for your specific process speed.
TRS
Fade-to-Clear Mode
Enable TRS for a gradual transition from dark back to clear — instead of an instant snap, the lens fades. Easier on the eyes over long sessions. Long-press for a TEST function to verify the lens is responding correctly.
MEMORY
9-Channel Parameter Storage
Short press to recall a saved preset. Use up/down to scroll through 9 memory channels. Use left/right to choose between Read and Write. Save your TIG setup, your stick setup, your plasma cut setup — and switch between them instantly.
MENU
Menu + Lens Group Power
Short press to open the full settings menu. Long press to power the lens group on or off — useful when storing the helmet or switching from welding to grinding mode entirely.
OUTER KNOB
External Dial + Quick-Save
Turn to adjust the current parameter. Press to select weld mode. Long press to toggle AUTO mode without going into the menu. The outer button short-press quick-saves your current settings; long press (1s) activates GRIND mode instantly.

The X200 uses an electronic paper display with backlight instead of a basic monochrome LCD. Sharper contrast, visible in bright sunlight and dark conditions alike. You can read your shade, sensitivity, and delay settings without squinting or removing your helmet.

9-Channel Memory — Switch Setups in One Press
Nine fully independent memory channels mean you can store a complete parameter set for every process you run — E6011 stick, TIG stainless, MIG structural, plasma cut — and recall any of them with a single button press. No re-adjusting between jobs.

Shade 9–15 — Full High-Amp Coverage
The X200 extends shade coverage to DIN 15, covering high-amperage MIG, flux-core, and submerged arc processes that lower-range helmets cannot protect against. The complete shade range — DIN 4 through 15 — means this is your only helmet from tacking to heavy structural.

Built-In Work Light with Ambient Sensing
Flip the helmet open to activate the work light. Short press to cycle brightness. Long press to toggle ambient light sensing — when on, the light stays off in bright conditions and turns on automatically when ambient light drops. Extinguishes when you strike an arc to protect the sensor.

Four arc sensors positioned across the lens give you 360-degree arc detection coverage. Overhead welds, tight corners, pipe work with restricted sensor sight lines — the X200 detects the arc reliably regardless of position.

TRS Fade Mode — Easier on Your Eyes
Enable TRS and the lens gradually transitions from dark to clear after the arc extinguishes, rather than snapping instantly. Reduces eye fatigue during long sessions and is noticeably more comfortable for production welding shifts.

Rechargeable 3.7V Li-ion Battery — 4+ Hours Runtime
The built-in 3.7V 1500mAh lithium polymer battery charges fully in 2 hours and delivers over 4 hours of continuous runtime at full brightness (100 lm). Two backup CR2450 batteries included. You will not be shut down mid-shift by a dead battery.

The X200 includes a built-in work light activated by opening the helmet shell — no separate switch to hunt for with gloves on.

When ambient sensing is on: light stays off in well-lit conditions, turns on automatically when your environment darkens. When off: light stays on continuously. Either way, the light extinguishes automatically when you strike an arc.
